Unfortunately I missed the Kickstarter but really want to get a hardcover copy for my boyfriend. We live in Sweden and noticed the copies for sale on here only ships in the US. Is there any chance you are able to arrange for shipping to Sweden of copies purchased outside of the Kickstarter?

I’ve been following you on twitter for years and think I could help with the anthology idea. I grew up in the Adirondacks reading Dragon magazine, Heinlein, Asimov, Clarke
and playing every role playing game we could find.
When I saw your tweet I instantly thought of the Thieves World series that I enjoyed so much. I run an online sales company started by an artist friend of mine and really admired your crowdfunding process for your book.

This project likely won’t start for 6+ months (need to get the homesteading book out the door first), but once it does, maybe there’s some space for collaboration. Let’s talk down the road!
Hello. I purchased my copy back in October on Amazon and which I have thumbed through it a few times, I have finally sat down to really dive in a learn some good stuff. Unfortunately my copy is missing a few things. The very first page starts out with “Electric…….(page) 915 “. So I am missing a big section of the Table of Contents. And at the end of the book, it just ends, there is no Index. Is there supposed to be? Both or either of things would be helpful since this book is massive and I have no way of searching through and finding specific topics of what I need to know….which is a lot since I am a newbie on all this country living stuff. Please let me know if there is anything you can do for me regarding this. I would rather not leave a review on Amazon and this is the only way I could find to reach out to you. Looking forward to reading this book!
