two missed requests for alpha copy

I had an email hiccup and the last two folks who asked me via email for alpha copies of the book had their messages lost.

Please resend.

Also specify whether PDF is acceptable – I’ve sent out a dozen or so copies, and I’m approaching $300 in expenses.

If a paper copy will help you generate good feedback, by all means, I’ll send one.

…but if PDF will do? I’ll save my $20 per copy.
